Class Descriptions

  • BARRE

    A blend of yoga, pilates, and functional training moves to engage, strengthen, and lengthen the whole body. This low-impact workout targets and defines small muscles while accelerating heart rate. All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • GLUTES & CORE

    Fire up your booty & core with weiight lifting exercises focused on your glutes, hips, thighs, lower back and your entire core. Strong core and posterior work together to support a strong posture and prevent back injury, so we train them together for an hour of booty-burning fun! All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • FUSION

    FIIT & Flow’s Signature Class

    This mat based class brings together yoga, barre, & pilates with a kick of cardio & concentration in core. We’ll begin each class with breath & dynamic yoga postures, followed by low-impact, combination movements that increases endurance & strengthens muscles. We’ll end each class with a core-focused circuit, winding down with a connection to deep breath and a slow, stretchy yoga flow. All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • POWER HOUR

    30 minutes of strength training using a variety of equipment followed by 30 minutes of fast-paced spinning to give you a total body workout in one sweaty fun session! All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • POWER VINYASA

    An All-Levels flow based vinyasa class. As you mindfully integrate movement and breath, this powerful flow class will build strength, aid balance, and reduce physical and mental stress to increase vitality. Yoga poses are intelligently sequenced to prepare your body for success within your practice and regular fitness routine. All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • STRENGTH

    A full body strength-based workout! This class incorporates the use of medium to heavy weights, lower repetitions, and traditional weight training exercises. Using dumbbells, bands, and body weight, you'll start toning muscles and building strength. All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • TRX

    An incredible total body workout using our TRX suspension trainers and rip trainers. We play with gravity and body weight to adjust intensity. A great combination of strength and increased heart rate for a workout like no other. All Levels, Beginner Friendly.

  • VINYASA SWEAT

    This themed class will take you through seven distinct phases, raising mindful awareness to the interconnectedness of breath and movement. Your blood will be pumping through pranayama, sweaty flows to motivating beats...winding down with yin, relaxation, and most importantly, gratitude. Intermediate Level.
