We’ve designed our Memberships to support consistency & flexibility at approachable rates. An auto-renewing Membership helps you stay committed and consistent - both so important to hitting your physical and mental health goals! It also allows the studio to have a strong foundation and be able to plan for all the amazing things we want to bring to you :)

No worries! We are happy to pause your Membership for you. Just send an email and we’ll hook you up.

We’ll do our best to match you with the Membership that you’ll use, however things happen! And when they do we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Just reach out.

We offer additional drop in classes at your Membership per class week for those months you’re FEELING it.

Membership cancellations must be completed at least 15 days before Auto-renew. This can be done by managing your Membership in your account or by emailing contact@fiitandflow.com.

Cancellations made 4 hours or more before class will receive credit or refund based on how you paid for class. Cancellations less than 4 hours before class begins are considered a no-show and will not be reimbursed.
Unlimited pass members who no-show will be charged $20 if the class is full.
If you need to cancel within the 4 hour window due to sickness or an urgent matter, please email contact@fiitandflow.com as soon as you can.
