  • Zoey Cane Belyea

    BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Zoey Cane Belyea has been practicing yoga and dance since she was a small child, mostly because she has always loved the joy of movement. She started practicing Barre in 2013 in Austin, TX and was certified as a Barre3 instructor in 2015. She has taught barre in Austin, Seattle, Medford and Ashland at several studios. In 2018 she received her 200 hour YTT. Zoey’s barre classes are a blend of yoga, pilates, and functional training moves to engage, strengthen, and lengthen the whole body. She offers tons of modifications to make each class what you need in that moment, in your body. Zoey loves to pump the music and use the beat to help you work a little deeper. Outside of the studio, Zoey is a theatre artist and civic educator. Find her on instagram @continuouslinezoey

  • Kyra Caudle

    BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Kyra’s love for fitness began as a child, being a competitive gymnast for years and always training at the gym after school. She began taking barre classes in 2009 and immediately fell in love with the movement and style. Kyra received my barre3 certification in 2014 and taught classes in Oklahoma City, Bend, & Ashland. She enjoys teaching an energetic class with lively music while offering modifications, as needed, and especially skilled with pregnancy and postnatal modifications as she has taught and taken classes throughout three pregnancies. Kyra loves the low impact movements barre offers {anyone can do it}, the focus on core awareness, & layering in a little extra for added shakes and quakes. With both small and large range movements & some killer isometric holds, she love that barre sculpts your muscles into long, lean lines. Outside the studio, you can find Kyra with her husband, three kids, and poodle probably running around at a nearby playground. Follow her on Instagram @kycaudle

  • Kaitlyn Jones

    YOGA & GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Kaitlyn has embraced movement since her baby ballerina days. She began dancing at the age of 5, which then evolved into jazz, lyrical, and hip hop as she progressed. To this day she loves all expressions of dance!

While studying at Cal State Long Beach, she stumbled upon Exercise and Yoga and fell in love! In 2012 Kaitlyn began teaching Group Exercise classes like Body Sculpt, Butts&Guts, and StrengthX soon after at 2 different facilities on campus for students and faculty. After graduating with a BA in Kinesiology and teaching group fitness classes for 4 years, she felt her calling to begin Yoga Teacher Training with CorePower Yoga in 2016. By blending her knowledge and passion for physical and spiritual wellness, Kaitlyn’s intention behind her classes is to create a deep connection between Body, Breath, and Being.

When she’s not teaching, you can find Kaitlyn dancing around the house, eating yummy food, and exploring the world!

  • Lola Conde

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Lola found her love for yoga and meditation in New York City studios in 2003. She has taken classes and workshops around the world, bringing her practice to Ashland in 2013. She has a Masters in Early Childhood Education and opened a local preschool (Pea Pod Village) where the primary focus is teaching children mindfulness, yoga, and art through emergent curriculum. She is a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (with a trauma-informed focus) and has also taught yoga at The Siskiyou School. Lola completed her 200 hour YTT in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga with Jonah Kest and adopted a style known as Detroit's Original Vinyasa. She teaches yoga and art camps for kids, privates for adults, and group classes at Ashland Fire & Rescue. When Lola isn't challenging her body and mind, she can be found eating, traveling, and snuggling her two little girls.

  • Katira Bianca

PERSONAL TRAINER & GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Katira is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She believes when you feel confident and healthy you can achieve more in life than you would expect for yourself… that health is not just exercise, it is one of the fundamental pillars of a holistic approach to healthy living. Katira’s classes are designed to build strength and push yourself. Her background as a Personal Trainer offers great options for private trainings and those wanting to establish a routine.

  • Montana Hauser

    GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Montana started her yoga and fitness journey begrudgingly. While intellectually she knew exercise creates endorphins, endorphins make you happy, and happy people don't just kill their husbands; emotionally, she wasn't interested in the whole "wellness" experience. Sadly, she was blindsided when fitness became a meaningful and transformative part of her life. Ten years later, Montana's studied a variety of practices and taken countless classes. She loves sore muscles and moving to bumpin tunes and finds it all a fantastic tool for taming anxiety and stress in an ever changing world. As a teacher she likes to cultivate a fun and joyful space students are eager to return to, whether that be with an option filled style of class or a righteous playlist. The goal of Montana's classes is to move your body in a way that feels good, and not to the point of destruction.

When not fitnessing, you can find Montana hanging with her dog, Ivy the Sea Bean, embroidering, reading comics, playing board games and working her day job as an event producer.

    Montana Teachers:

Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Barre, Strength Training.

Giulia is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and DNA-based Fitness Coach as well as an 200RYT Yoga Instructor

Her passion for movement began with endurance running as a college competitive D1 athlete. She later shifted towards trail running to foster a connection to body and earth at once.
